Chile Chicken Chowder

Makes 6 servings
Ingredients
- 1-1/4 lb. chicken tenders, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1-1/2 cups diced potatoes
- 1-1/2 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 can (14.75-oz.) cream-style corn
- 1 can (10.75-oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup, Campbell’s®
- 1 can (7-oz.) diced mild green chile peppers
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped onions
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 cup half and half
- Chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Directions
In a 4-quart slow cooker, stir together chicken, potatoes, chicken broth, corn, chicken soup, chile peppers, onions, garlic and cumin until combined.
Cover and cook on high heat setting for 3 to 4 hours.
Stir in half and half. Spoon into soup bowls. Sprinkle with cilantro (optional).
